Urania Elite Long Drain 5W-30
Fully synthetic fuel-economy heavy-duty oil for Euro VI and Euro V trucks
SAE 5W-30
PETRONAS Urania 5000 LSF 5W-30 is a fully synthetic engine oil formulated with StrongTech technology, engineered to stay stronger for longer by forming a uniquely strong fluid film that extends drain intervals and engine life while maximizing performance and reducing total cost of ownership. It is a low-SAPS oil suitable for Euro VI and Euro V heavy-duty diesel applications, including modern, high-output, low-emission engines fitted with DPF, SCR, DOC and EGR after-treatment systems, as well as older turbocharged and naturally aspirated diesel engines, on-highway and off-highway, running on high or ultra-low sulphur diesel and biodiesel, and is suitable for OEMs requiring the specified performance levels on CNG vehicles. Benefits include enhanced fuel economy, better fluid-film resistance under severe mechanical stress, outstanding protection for DPF/DOC after-treatment via its low-ash additive system, controlled acidity, exceptional thermal and oxidation stability, effective soot control and excellent low-temperature viscosity at start-up. Urania 5000 LSF 5W-30 meets API CK-4, CJ-4, SN, ACEA E11/E8/E7 and JASO DH-2, and is approved to Daimler Truck Fluid Release (DTFR 15C110, backward compatible with MB 228.51 and previous E6-16, E7-16 and E9-16 classifications), Cummins CES 20086, Deutz DQC IV-18 LA, Mack EOS-4.5, MAN M3677, MTU Oil Category 3.1, Renault RLD-3, Scania LDF-4 and Volvo VDS-4.5, with additional performance-level recognition from CAT ECF-3, Cummins CES 20081, Detroit Diesel DFS93K222/218, DAF Extended Drain (with Rapido Service system), Ford WSS-M2C213-A1, MAN M3477, Scania Low Ash and Volvo VDS-4.

ACEA E11 — heavy-duty diesel, low SAPS, extended drain
An ACEA sequence for Euro VI and later heavy-duty diesel engines fitted with DPF and SCR. It requires low-SAPS additive chemistry (reduced sulphur, ash and phosphorus) and the oxidation resistance needed for extended drain intervals.
ACEA E8 oil sequence

JASO DH-2 — diesel engine oil
The Japanese standard for heavy-duty diesel engine oils in DPF-equipped engines, with sulphated ash capped so the filter does not clog.
Cummins' specification for low-viscosity oils (API FA-4 level) that cut fuel consumption in the heavy-duty diesel engines designed for them.
Caterpillar's current engine crankcase fluid category, with capped sulphated ash, for CAT engines fitted with a particulate filter.
Deutz DQC IV-18 LA (low ash)
The 2018 issue of Deutz class IV with low ash — Deutz's top level for engines with full exhaust aftertreatment.
The Cummins specification matching the API CK-4 level, for modern heavy-duty diesel engines with exhaust aftertreatment.
Daimler Truck DTFR 15C110 (formerly MB 228.51) — low-SAPS engine oil, Euro VI
A low-SAPS oil for high-performance diesel engines with aftertreatment, with severe piston cleanliness and wear protection requirements. The usual Euro VI level. Daimler Truck renumbered the MB-Approval sheets into the DTFR series; MB 228.51 and DTFR 15C110 are the same requirement.Source
Detroit Fluids Specification 93K222 and 93K218
The two Detroit Diesel specifications quoted together: an oil meeting both can serve CK-4 level engines as well as the preceding CJ-4 generation.
Mack EOS-4.5 — heavy-duty diesel engine oil
Mack's engine oil specification matching the API CK-4 level, for Mack and Volvo trucks with exhaust aftertreatment.
MTU Oil Category 3.1 (low SAPS)
MTU's highest category in its low-SAPS form: a multigrade oil with under 1 % ash, approved only where the fuel carries less than 50 mg/kg sulphur. For engines with exhaust aftertreatment.
Renault Trucks RLD-3 — low-SAPS truck oil
Renault Trucks' specification for low-ash oils in Euro V and Euro VI engines with a particulate filter and SCR.
MAN M 3477 — low-SAPS extended-drain oil
MAN's specification for synthetic low-SAPS extended-drain oils in Euro IV–VI engines with a particulate filter.
Scania's engine oil specification with tighter oxidation requirements than LDF-3, for still longer drain intervals.
Volvo's specification matching the API CK-4 level, with increased oxidation stability and aeration resistance over VDS-4.
Volvo's specification for low-SAPS oils in Euro VI engines with a particulate filter and SCR, matching the API CJ-4 level.
