PETRONAS Urania Elite Long Drain 5W-30 is a fully synthetic heavy-duty engine oil with fuel-economy and extended service-interval capabilities. Formulated with StrongTech™ technology, it forms a uniquely strong fluid film that protects the engine, retains performance and keeps trucks running and available for longer periods, helping to reduce the total cost of ownership. It is a low-SAPS oil suitable for Euro VI and Euro V heavy-duty diesel applications, including modern high-output, low-emission engines fitted with DPF, SCR, DOC and EGR systems, as well as older turbocharged and naturally aspirated diesel engines on- and off-highway running on high- or ultra-low-sulphur diesel and biodiesel, and CNG vehicles where the listed specifications are recommended. Exceptional thermal and oxidation stability extends drain intervals and engine life, the optimal low-temperature viscosity improves start-up lubrication and fuel economy, the low-ash additive system protects DPF and DOC systems, and the oil effectively combats high soot loads. It meets API CK-4, CJ-4, ACEA E8, E7, E11 and JASO DH-2, with approvals including Cummins CES 20086, Daimler DTFR 15C110 and 15C120 (backward compatible with MB 228.51/228.52), Mack EOS-4.5, MAN M3677, Renault RLD-3, Scania LDF-4 and Volvo VDS-4.5, and performance in line with CAT ECF-3, Deutz DQC IV-18 LA, MTU Oil Category 3.1 and DAF PSQL 2.1E LD. It replaces Urania 5000 LSF 5W-30 and Urania 5000 E 5W-30.

Applications

• This helps to reduce the total cost of ownership. Low SAPS oil, suitable for Euro VI and Euro V heavy duty diesel applications including modern, high-output, low emission engines fitted with emission control systems using DPF, SCR, DOC and EGR technologies. It is also suitable for older turbocharged and naturally aspirated diesel engine generations, both on-highway and off- highway, running on high or ultra-low Sulphur diesel and biodiesel (always refer to your user’s manual). Suitable for CNG vehicles where specifications listed in this document are recommended. Approved Daimler Truck Fluid Release (DTFR 15C110 and 15C120), fully backward compatible and suitable for use for vehicles recommending the previous Daimler MB 228.51 and 228.52 specification. Fully backward compatible with previous E6-16, E7-16 and E9-16 classifications.
