Mobil Delvac™ Super 1400 15W-40 is a high performance diesel engine oil that protects diesel engines operating under severe service conditions, for both on- and off-highway applications. ExxonMobil recommends it across a wide range of heavy-duty operating environments in trucking, mining, construction, quarrying and agricultural industries, covering naturally aspirated and turbo-charged diesel equipment from European, Japanese and American manufacturers. Its thermal and oxidation stability helps control sludge build-up and deposits, while its TBN reserve helps control deposits over the drain interval. Stay-in-grade shear stability helps reduce oil consumption and provide wear protection, and its excellent detergency/dispersancy helps protect and keep engines clean. Component compatibility supports long gasket and seal life. SAE 15W-40, Mobil Delvac Super 1400 15W-40 carries MTU Oil Category 2 approval and is recommended for applications requiring ACEA B2, ACEA E3, API CF, API CF-4, API CG-4, API SH, MAN M 3275-1, RENAULT TRUCKS RD and RD-2, and VOLVO VDS-2, and meets or exceeds API CH-4 and API SJ.
