Mobil Delvac Super 20W-50 is a high performance diesel engine oil that provides proven protection for diesel engines operating in severe service applications. ExxonMobil recommends it for a wide range of heavy-duty applications and operating environments in trucking, construction and agricultural industries, extending engine life between overhauls in both high speed/high load and pickup/delivery duty cycles, for two-cycle and four-cycle diesel engines, mixed fleets and equipment from leading diesel engine manufacturers. Key benefits include enhanced protection for two- and four-cycle diesel engines in the most demanding on- and off-highway service, prolonged engine life, outstanding control of high-temperature deposits and excellent soot control. Its stay-in-grade shear stability and enhanced high-temperature/high-shear viscosity retention reduce engine scuffing and bore polishing, while improved low-temperature sludge control aids stop-and-go service and easy cold-weather starting. Extended TBN reserve supports long-term wear and deposit control, and reduced oil consumption comes from improved high-temperature performance. SAE 20W-50, Mobil Delvac Super 20W-50 is recommended for applications requiring API CF, API CF-4, API SF and API SG.
