Mobil 1 FS 5W-40 is part of Mobil 1, the world's leading synthetic engine oil brand, delivering ultimate performance and protection to keep engines running like new. It is an advanced performance synthetic engine oil designed to provide exceptional cleaning power and to operate reliably over extended oil drain intervals. The oil is a stable, stay-in-grade formulation intended for passenger car and light-duty gasoline and direct-injection diesel engines. It is designed for extended oil drain intervals where specified by the engine manufacturer and is particularly suitable for higher-mileage vehicles above 100,000 km. It is not recommended for gasoline or diesel vehicles equipped with exhaust gas after-treatment systems. Made from a proprietary blend of high-performance synthetic base stocks with a precisely balanced additive system, it delivers engine wear protection, prevents the buildup of harmful deposits, offers enhanced cleaning technology for higher-mileage cars, improved protection against variable fuel quality, and quick protection at start-up. Mobil 1 FS 5W-40 holds BMW Longlife 01, MB-Approval 229.3/229.5, Porsche A40, RENAULT RN0700/RN0710 and VW 502 00/505 00 approvals, is suitable for API CF applications, and meets or exceeds API SN, SN PLUS, SP, SQ, ACEA A3/B4 and AAE (STO 003) Group B7.

• Mobil 1 FS 5W-40 is a stable, stay-in-grade engine oil intended for use in passenger car and light-duty gasoline and DI diesel engines: • Designed for extended oil drain intervals where specified by the engine manufacturer • Suitable for vehicles with higher mileage; greater than 100,000 km • Suitable for vehicles requiring the specifications listed below • Not recommended for gasoline or diesel vehicles equipped with exhaust gas after-treatment systems. Owner's manual should be consulted for recommended viscosity grade and specification.
