Superior-performance GL-5 synthetic axle oil for many premium applications. Shell Spirax S6 AXME 75W-90 is a long-life, fuel-efficient transmission and axle oil designed to deliver the best protection for the latest generation of high-output manual transmissions and axles. The special formulation based on synthetic oils, combined with additive technology unique to Shell, delivers superior driveline lubrication, lower operating temperatures and extended equipment life. Shell Spirax S6 AXME 75W-90 also offers extended oil drain capability, approved by some OEMs for their extended oil drain specifications.

Applications

• Transmissions and axlesThe oil is intended for heavily loaded axles and non-synchromesh transmissions for which GL-5/MT-1 mineral or synthetic oils are recommended.
