Manufacturer's description

Eni Blasia 32 is a lubricant with EP characteristics for heavily loaded gears and hydraulic systems. Eni Blasia 32 was formulated for couplings, hydrodynamic converters and gear assemblies (Voith hydrodynamic turbo-transmissions, feed pumps in thermal power stations and the like).

Applications

  • Eni Blasia 32 is a lubricant with EP characteristics for gears and hydraulic systems severely loaded. Eni Blasia 32 has been specifically formulated for joints, hydrodynamic converters and relative gear trains (Voith hydrodynamic turbo-transmissions, feed pumps in thermoelectric power stations, etc.).

Performance & benefits

  • Protection of lubricated components during operation thanks to a robust antiwear additive system
  • Non-corrosive behaviour against gaskets and seals as well as metals such as steel, cast iron, copper and bronze
  • Quick separation from water that could accidentally enter the system thanks to an outstanding demulsive capacity
  • Protection from rust, even in presence of humid environment
  • Regular and efficient lubrication thanks to antifoam and air-release properties

Standards & approvals

  • ISO 12925-1 CKD

Industrial gear lubricant CKD — ISO 12925

Class CKD of ISO 12925-1: a gear oil with the same additive package as CKC but greater thermal stability, for gear units running hot.

  • DIN 51517-3 CLP

Industrial gear oil CLP — DIN 51517, part 3

Part 3 of the German lubricating oil standard: class CLP, gear oils with extreme-pressure additives. It requires an FZG pass plus corrosion and ageing protection.

  • ANSI/AGMA 9005-F16

    ANSI/AGMA 9005-F16 (2016)

The current edition of the AGMA lubrication practice for enclosed industrial gear drives, replacing the 2002 E02 edition.
