Eni Blasia 320
EP mineral oil for enclosed industrial gears
ISO VG 320
Eni Blasia BM 320 is a special gear oil with EP characteristics formulated with sulphur and phosphorus compounds to deliver a robust protection from wear in every condition of high or slow speeds and high loads or shock loads. The product contains a colloidal dispersion of molybdenum disulfide that improves the oil film resistance in the presence of very high pressures, hence preventing the direct metal-to-metal contact that can result in serious wear damage (scuffing). Eni Blasia BM 320 is particularly recommended to lubricate chains, wires, tracks and spur gears with a high reduction ratio, and worm gears where sliding friction and very high operating temperatures can occur.
Industrial gear lubricant CKD — ISO 12925
Class CKD of ISO 12925-1: a gear oil with the same additive package as CKC but greater thermal stability, for gear units running hot.
Industrial gear oil CLP — DIN 51517, part 3
Part 3 of the German lubricating oil standard: class CLP, gear oils with extreme-pressure additives. It requires an FZG pass plus corrosion and ageing protection.
ANSI/AGMA 9005-F16 (2016)
The current edition of the AGMA lubrication practice for enclosed industrial gear drives, replacing the 2002 E02 edition.
