Eni Blasia FMP 220
High performance EP oil for modern industrial reduction gearboxes
ISO VG 220
Eni Blasia BM 220 is a special gear lubricant formulated with sulphur and phosphorus compounds to deliver high anti-wear protection under every condition of high or low speed and high or shock loading. The product contains a colloidal dispersion of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) that strengthens the oil film under very high pressures, preventing the direct metal-to-metal contact that leads to severe wear (scuffing). Eni Blasia BM 220 is recommended in particular for lubricating chains, cables, tracks and spur gears with high reduction ratios, and worm gears with high sliding friction and possible high operating temperatures.
ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02, EP class
The extreme-pressure gear oil class of the E02 edition of AGMA 9005, for enclosed drives carrying high and shock loads.
Industrial gear lubricant CKD — ISO 12925
Class CKD of ISO 12925-1: a gear oil with the same additive package as CKC but greater thermal stability, for gear units running hot.
Industrial gear oil CLP — DIN 51517, part 3
Part 3 of the German lubricating oil standard: class CLP, gear oils with extreme-pressure additives. It requires an FZG pass plus corrosion and ageing protection.
ANSI/AGMA 9005-F16 (2016)
The current edition of the AGMA lubrication practice for enclosed industrial gear drives, replacing the 2002 E02 edition.
