Mobil 1 ESP X3 0W-40 is an advanced full synthetic engine oil developed by ExxonMobil in cooperation with Porsche, one of its key European OEM partners. It represents the latest generation of Mobil 1 ESP technology, engineered to prolong the life of new-generation gasoline-powered European vehicles that require SAE 0W-40 viscosity and are fitted with gasoline particulate filters (GPF). Formulated from a proprietary blend of leading-edge synthetic components, Mobil 1 ESP X3 0W-40 is fully compatible with GPF systems and delivers outstanding high-temperature thermal and oxidation stability, enhanced frictional properties for improved fuel economy versus Mobil 1 ESP Formula 5W-30, excellent low-temperature start-up protection, and strong wear protection throughout the oil drain interval. The product holds MB-Approval 229.51 and 229.52 and GM dexos2, and meets or exceeds FIAT 9.55535-S2, API SN PLUS, API SN and ACEA C3. It is approved only for the vehicles specified by the manufacturer and is not backward compatible with engines requiring A40, C30 or C20 oils.

Applications

• Mobil 1 ESP X3 0W-40 is recommended for high-performance engines requiring GPFs (gasoline particulate filters). • Mobil 1 ESP X3 0W-40 can only be used in the vehicles for which it is approved. It is not backward compatible with vehicle engines requiring an A40, C30 or C20. Always consult the owner's manual of the vehicle for the manufacturer's recommended viscosity grade and specifications
