Manufacturer's description

Divinol Multimax LS-FE 5W-30 (Art-Nr. 49980) is a truck engine oil of the latest generation, formulated for low SAPS engines. This modern oil technology enables a reduced HTHS viscosity and, as a result, fuel savings compared with HD engine oils of normal HTHS viscosity, while maintaining unimpaired, optimal wear protection for the engine. The oil offers resource-saving, economical benefits through reductions in fuel costs and lower exhaust emissions. This truck engine oil can be used to meet the latest Euro emissions standard and allows for extended oil change intervals. Its advantages include very good protection against oil deposits on pistons, low engine wear, high oxidation resistance, favourable operating economics from fuel savings, very good protection of exhaust aftertreatment systems and the diesel particulate filter, and extended oil change intervals depending on manufacturer specifications. Divinol Multimax LS-FE 5W-30 can be used in particular for Mercedes-Benz trucks with OM-470 and OM471-FE1 engines (including Actros models), as well as for trucks requiring an engine oil of the FA-4 class or the upcoming new ACEA F class. This HD engine oil is recommended for heavily stressed diesel truck engines including turbochargers and exhaust aftertreatment systems, observing the respective manufacturer specifications for extended oil change intervals. This product must not be used as a backward-compatible substitute for API C classes or ACEA E classes. It meets API FA-4/SN, with manufacturer approvals DTFR 15C130, Volvo VDS-5, Renault RLD-5 and Mack EOS-5, and Divinol recommendation for MB 228.61, Cummins CES 20087, DDC 93K223 and Ford WSS-M2C-214-B1.

Applications

  • Suitable in particular for Mercedes-Benz trucks with OM-470 and OM471-FE1 engines (including Actros models) and for trucks requiring FA-4-class or upcoming ACEA F-class oil; for heavily stressed diesel truck engines including turbochargers and exhaust aftertreatment systems. Not backward compatible with API C classes or ACEA E classes.
