Mobil DTE PM Excel is a multi-functional paper machine oil for use in wet end, dry end, press section and calender circulation oil systems, including Voith and Metso (Valmet) paper machines. Formulated with select high-quality base oils and a proprietary advanced-technology additive system, it is carefully balanced to achieve high performance standards and provide maximum protection of gears and bearings operating under severe conditions. Available in ISO VG 150 and 220 grades, Mobil DTE PM Excel suits circulation systems operating over a wide temperature range and systems that must start up and come on-line quickly, lubricating gears and bearings throughout. It delivers excellent anti-wear protection of bearings and gears across various component metallurgy, ultra keep-clean properties that reduce system deposits and sludge, and exceptional thermal and oxidation stability that supports long oil and filter life while reducing maintenance downtime and costs. The product is recognised in Valmet Paper RAU4L00659_06 and RAUAH02724_02_EN_V oil recommendations and multiple Voith Paper VS 108 sections (wet end, dry end, off-line coaters, hydraulic roll, shoe press, winder), and meets DIN 51517-3:2018-09 requirements, offering high-level rust and corrosion protection that helps improve production capacity.
