Idraulicar HVI 46
HVLP hydraulic oil for high- and low-pressure industrial and mobile systems
ISO VG 46
PETRONAS Hydraulic HVZF 46 belongs to the premium performance, zinc-free, wear-resistant PETRONAS Hydraulic HVZF Series, specially created for a wide range of mobile and industrial hydraulic equipment operating under normal to heavy-duty conditions and in the presence of water that could otherwise cause filter blocking. It is recommended for hydraulic systems needing good control of fluid viscosity, systems subjected to high or rapid temperature variations, systems with smaller reservoirs and coolers generating high thermal stress, systems sensitive to sludge and varnish formation with tight-tolerance pumps and servo valves, and systems demanding long-life lubricants. Formulated with high quality selected base oils, a shear-stable VI improver and advanced zinc-free anti-wear, antioxidant, anti-rust and anti-foam additives, it delivers excellent anti-wear protection, more stable performance across a wide temperature range, and an oxidation life up to 10 times longer than the minimum ISO 11158 HV TOST requirement. Grade 46 has a kinematic viscosity of 46 cSt at 40°C and 8.0 cSt at 100°C, a viscosity index of 146, a flash point of 220°C and a pour point of -33°C. PETRONAS Hydraulic HVZF Series meets or exceeds DIN 51524 Part II HLP and Part III HVLP, ISO 11158 HV, Eaton Brochure 03-401-2010, Fives Cincinnati P-68/P-69/P-70 and Parker Denison HF-0/HF-1/HF-2.
Hydraulic oil Part II HLP — DIN 51524
Part 2 of the German hydraulic fluid standard: HLP oils — mineral oils with oxidation, corrosion and antiwear additives. It is the most widely quoted reference in industrial hydraulics.
Fives Cincinnati P-68 — ISO VG 32 hydraulic oil
An approval number from the Fives Cincinnati list of fluids for use in its own machine tools. Approved hydraulic fluids must pass its own wear, filterability and water separation tests, beyond the DIN 51524-2 level.
Fives Cincinnati P-69 — ISO VG 68 hydraulic oil
An approval number from the Fives Cincinnati list of fluids for use in its own machine tools. Approved hydraulic fluids must pass its own wear, filterability and water separation tests, beyond the DIN 51524-2 level.
Hydraulic oil, type H HV (FDIS 2008) — ISO 11158
Class HV of ISO 11158: an antiwear hydraulic oil with a high viscosity index, for systems exposed to wide temperature swings.
Parker Denison HF-0 — hydraulic fluid, most severe level
The most severe level of the Denison hydraulic fluid specification: the oil must pass the wear test on both a vane pump and a piston pump, dry and in the presence of water. HF-0 subsumes HF-1 and HF-2.
Parker Denison HF-0, HF-1 and HF-2
The three Denison hydraulic fluid levels quoted together. An oil covering all three passes the vane pump and piston pump tests alike, including in the presence of water.
