Manufacturer's description

Divinol Syntholight HC-FE Plus 5W-30 (Art-Nr. 49280) is a newly formulated engine oil for the most modern applications. It is a low-friction oil based on HC-synthesis technology, formulated with low-ash additives for use in the latest petrol and diesel passenger-car engines. Thanks to its HC-synthesis technology, the oil shows a significantly lower evaporation tendency, which translates directly into lower oil consumption over the service interval. The SAE 5W-30 viscosity grade guarantees rapid oil distribution through the engine at low temperatures, while still providing an adequate lubricating film at high temperatures up to 160°C. Divinol Syntholight HC-FE Plus 5W-30 is a hybrid-ready oil (HEV / P-HEV) and can also be used in vehicles fitted with automatic start-stop systems, and it can be used without concern when the diesel fuel contains a bio component of around 30%. Divinol Syntholight HC-FE Plus 5W-30 meets the high performance and quality level required by modern petrol and diesel engines and E-hybrid vehicles. In particular, it safeguards the effectiveness of exhaust after-treatment systems over very long service periods, contributing to the longevity of these systems. It is approved to API SP/CF and ACEA C3, with manufacturer approvals MB 229.51, MB 229.52, MB 229.31, MB 226.52 and Renault RN 17, and Divinol recommends it for BMW Longlife-04, Opel OV 040 1547-G30, Opel OV 040 1547-D30, GM Opel Dexos 2, Renault RN 0700/0710 and Ford FPW9.55535/03 applications.

Applications

  • Modern petrol, diesel and E-hybrid passenger-car engines, including vehicles with start-stop systems and fuels containing up to around 30% bio-diesel component; helps preserve the effectiveness of exhaust after-treatment systems.
