PETRONAS Tutela TOP 4/S is a brake fluid based on glycol ethers and boric esters, formulated for special and heavy-duty applications. Its boric-ester chemistry gives a high dry boiling point of 265 °C and a wet boiling point of 173 °C, helping to prevent vapour lock and maintain braking efficiency throughout the service life of the fluid. The fluid is clear and light yellow, with a density of 1.065 g/cm³ at 15 °C, a viscosity of 2 cSt at 100 °C and 1300 cSt at -40 °C, and passes the rubber compatibility tests on SBR, EPDM and natural rubber, protecting seals and hoses in the hydraulic circuit.
