Mobil DTE FM Series oils are high-performance lubricants designed to satisfy a wide range of multi-use equipment requirements in the food processing and packaging industry. Qualified as NSF H1 lubricants and compliant with FDA Title 21 CFR 178.3570 for incidental food contact, they are manufactured in ISO 22000 certified facilities in line with ISO 21469 hygiene principles. These tasteless, odourless, premium-quality oils are formulated with non-toxic NSF/FDA food-grade base oils and additives that provide good wear protection, excellent oxidation stability and rust protection. Available in ISO VG 32, 46 and 68 grades, Mobil DTE FM oils are excellent gear, bearing and circulating oils, also suitable for critical hydraulic components such as close-clearance servo-valves and high-accuracy NC machine tools, as well as compressors, vacuum pumps and air-line lubricators. Their naturally high viscosity index base oils and high FZG Gear Test ratings demonstrate excellent protection against wear and scuffing, letting a single product cover gear, bearing, circulating and hydraulic applications across multi-metallurgy designs. Mobil DTE FM 46 and 68 hold NSF ISO 21469 certification and NSF H1 registration, and the series meets FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 requirements, offering excellent air separation, very good water separation and high-level corrosion protection to reduce inventory needs and the risk of product misapplication.
