TUTELA TRANSMISSION STARGEAR HD (PLI code 77253) is a lubricant for synchronised manual transmissions of SUVs and commercial vehicles, formulated with highly selected mineral base oils for applications where an API GL-4 lubricant is required. Tutela STARGEAR HD protects highly stressed mechanical components and extends their life, while its low friction coefficient contributes to lower fuel consumption and therefore lower emissions. Typical values for the SAE 80W grade include a kinematic viscosity of 10.38 cSt at 100°C, a viscosity index of 101 and a flash point above 200°C, with foam limited to traces. The product meets API GL-4 and MIL-L-2105 D performance, holds the MB-Approval 235.5, and covers MAN 341 Type E2, MAN 341 Typ Z2, ZF TE-ML 02B and ZF TE-ML 17A. Supplied in 20-litre packs; always check the gearbox manufacturer's requirements before use.
