Mobil Delvac XHP Transmission Oil 75W-80 is an extra high performance manual transmission lubricant engineered for the latest European heavy-duty manual transmissions used in light to severe duty on-highway commercial vehicles. It is a synthetic blend of base oils and an advanced additive system offering excellent shifting performance, low-temperature fluidity and high-temperature viscosity retention, formulated with extended performance reserve for applications requiring API GL-4 service and, more specifically, the modern ZF TE-ML 02L and/or MAN 341 Typ Z4 approvals that now supersede ZF TE-ML 02D and MAN 341 Typ Z3. ExxonMobil recommends it for on-highway light and heavy-duty trucks, buses and vans, for heavy-duty manual transmissions and gear cases requiring API GL-4 service with ZF TE-ML 02L and/or MAN 341 Typ Z4 approvals, and for applications needing extended service and warranty coverage. Key benefits include excellent load-carrying, anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, excellent protection against deposit and lacquer formation for long seal life and extended drain intervals, excellent protection from copper and copper-alloy corrosion for smoother shifting and longer synchroniser life, effective thermal and oxidation protection, excellent shear stability, and outstanding low-temperature fluidity for easy, smooth shifting and quick starts.
