ISO VG 32
Mobil DTE Hydraulic Zinc Free Series oils are superior hydraulic oils specifically designed for modern, high-pressure industrial and mobile equipment hydraulic systems. Formulated from high-quality base stocks and specially selected zinc-free additives, they use a unique additive system developed to give exceptional anti-wear performance in severe hydraulic applications. The oils exhibit excellent oxidation and thermal stability, helping extend oil and filter life and provide optimum equipment protection while reducing maintenance and disposal costs. Available in ISO VG 22, 32, 46, 68 and 100 grades, the series is designed for systems employing multi-metal pump and component designs, applications prone to cross-contamination of hydraulic fluids and coolants, high-pressure vane, piston and gear pumps, systems where trace water is unavoidable, and systems containing gears and bearings requiring high load-carrying and anti-wear protection. Outstanding demulsibility lets the oils tolerate small amounts of moisture while readily separating larger quantities of water. The series carries approvals and recommendations from Bosch Rexroth Fluid Rating List 90245, Denison HF-0/HF-1/HF-2, Eaton E-FDGN-TB002-E, Krauss-Maffei Hydraulic Oil, and Fives Cincinnati P-68/P-69/P-70, and meets DIN 51524-2:2017-06, ISO 11158 L-HM and ASTM D6158 (Class HMHP) classifications.
