Divinol HVLPD ISO 68
Detergent-dispersant high-VI hydraulic oil for strongly fluctuating temperatures
DIN 51524-3, HVLP-D (except demulsification behaviour)
Divinol HVLPD ISO 46 (Art-Nr. 28640) is a viscosity-improved, high-performance hydraulic and lubricating oil of the HVLPD class according to DIN 51524 Part 3, based on high-quality mineral oils. It is alloyed with detergent/dispersant additives and special components that absorb water entering the system, giving it performance beyond that of a conventional HVLPD oil. Zinc serves as the anti-wear additive. The oil is designed for commercial hydraulics in construction, forestry and agricultural machinery, and for the many other applications where hydraulic systems face strong temperature fluctuations and water ingress. Its benefits include high resistance to foaming and ageing, good air release, good corrosion protection, excellent thermal resistance and excellent wear protection, plus a high viscosity index (160) and a pour point below -27 °C for reliable behaviour from cold starts to hot operation. Divinol HVLPD ISO 46 meets DIN 51524 Part 3 (except demulsibility), AFNOR NF E 48603 and VDMA 24318, and fulfils the performance requirements of ASLE 70-1/-2/-3, David Brown S1.53.101, US Steel 126/127, CETOP PR91H, Vickers I-286-S3 / M-2950-S and Denison Hydraulics HF-2.
NF E 48-603 — hydraulic fluids (France)
The French standard for mineral hydraulic fluids, built on the same HL, HM and HV classes as DIN 51524 and ISO 11158.
VDMA 24318 — fire-resistant hydraulic fluids
The VDMA sheet of the German machine builders' association for fire-resistant hydraulic fluids: fire behaviour and system material compatibility requirements.
