Divinol HLP-D ISO 46 ZF
Zinc-free HLPD hydraulic oil with detergent-dispersant additives, for machine tools
DIN
Divinol HLP-D ISO 32 ZF (Art-Nr. 23290) is a detergent and dispersant hydraulic and gear oil in ISO viscosity grade 32. It is formulated zinc-free ("ZF" = zinkfrei) and offers a very high lubricating effect, high resistance to ageing and excellent wear and corrosion protection. Because of its detergent/dispersant additive system, the oil keeps water and fine contamination finely dispersed instead of allowing it to separate. It is therefore used preferentially where strongly fluctuating temperatures create a risk of condensation water forming, or where the ingress of water-miscible cooling lubricants cannot be ruled out — for example in lathes, drilling and milling machines and lifting platforms. It is equally suitable for mobile and stationary hydraulic systems with hydrostatic drive, and is also used as a hydraulic oil in injection-moulding machines, observing the machine manufacturer's instructions. Divinol HLP-D ISO 32 ZF covers the field of application of HLP-alloyed oils (HLP-D alloyed) and exceeds the requirements for hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524 part 2, HLP, with the exception of the demulsibility requirement — which is inherent to the detergent/dispersant design of an HLP-D oil.
