Divinol DHG ISO 10
Detergent-dispersant HLP-D hydraulic oil for machine tools and lifts exposed to water
overlaps the application field of HLP-alloyed oils (HLP-D-alloyed)
Divinol DHG ISO 22 (Art-Nr. 84310) is a detergent and dispersant hydraulic oil in ISO VG 22 developed by Zeller+Gmelin for hydraulic systems in which water cannot be kept out entirely. Its detergent-dispersant additive package keeps contaminants and small amounts of water finely dispersed, so the oil overlaps the application field of HLP-D alloyed hydraulic oils. The product is intended for mobile and stationary hydraulic systems with hydrostatic actuation. It is used above all where condensation water is likely to form because of strongly fluctuating temperatures, or where aqueous cooling lubricants can penetrate the hydraulic circuit — typically in turning, drilling and milling machines, lifting platforms and similar equipment. Divinol DHG ISO 22 offers an excellent lubricating effect, high ageing resistance and excellent wear and corrosion protection. It exceeds the requirements for hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524 part 2, HLP.
