Divinol DHG ISO 15 (Art-Nr. 30830) is a detergent and dispersant hydraulic oil in ISO viscosity grade 15, classified as a detergent hydraulic oil to DIN 51524 part 2 (HLP-D). It is zinc-containing and provides a very high lubricating effect, high ageing resistance and excellent wear and corrosion protection. Because of its detergent/dispersant additive package the oil keeps water and fine solid contamination in suspension rather than allowing it to settle out. It can be used in mobile and stationary hydraulic systems with hydrostatic drive, and is preferentially applied where strongly fluctuating temperatures create a risk of condensation water forming, or where the ingress of water-miscible cooling lubricants cannot be excluded — for example in turning, drilling and milling machines. The oil covers the field of application of HLP-alloyed oils (HLP-D alloyed) and exceeds the requirements for hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524 part 2, HLP, with the exception of the demulsibility requirement, which is inherent to an HLP-D design.
