URANIA LD9 is a low-ash, semi-synthetic SAE 10W-40 heavy-duty engine oil designed for trucks and commercial vehicles with Euro V and Euro VI engines equipped with SCR, EGR and DPF emission-control systems. Its low-ash formulation is compatible with diesel particulate filters and helps preserve after-treatment system efficiency. The oil meets API CJ-4/SM and ACEA E7/E9 and is approved to IVECO Standard 18-1804 Class TLS E9 (Contractual Technical Ref. N° I109.L12) and MB-Approval 228.31. Its performance level also covers CAT ECF-3/ECF-2/ECF-1a, Cummins CES 20081, Detroit Diesel 93K218, Deutz DQC III-10-LA, Mack EO-O Premium Plus-07, MAN M3575, MTU Oil Type 2.1, Renault RVI RLD-3 and Volvo VDS-4, and it is suitable for DAF and Scania engines with DPF at normal oil-change intervals. Typical values: density 0.867 g/cm³ at 15 °C, viscosity 15.5 cSt at 100 °C, viscosity index 155, flash point above 200 °C, pour point below -30 °C and TBN 9.2 mg KOH/g.
