Fully synthetic engine oil – Shell's newest product in the field of emissions protection. Shell Helix ECT features Shell's most advanced emissions-compatible technology, which helps keep diesel particulate filters clean and helps keep the engine clean. It helps reduce engine friction and improves fuel economy.

Applications

• The fully synthetic Shell Helix Ultra ECT C2/C3 formulation uses Shell's advanced technology to help the exhaust catalyst on gasoline engines and to protect and keep diesel particulate filters clean of the ash that leads to reduced engine performance.
• Shell Helix Ultra ECT C2/C3 can be used in modern gasoline engines, diesel engines with particulate filters and LPG engines.
• Shell Helix Ultra ECT C2/C3 0W-30 is suitable for vehicles currently using SAE 5W-30 or 10W-30 grades, offering enhanced engine protection and fuel economy
• Applicable where an API SN oil is required. Maintains viscosity within limits throughout the drain interval.
