Mobil Super™ 3000 Formula F 5W-20 is a high performance motor oil developed to meet the Ford requirement WSS-M2C948-B, a specific requirement for the EcoBoost 1.0L, 3-cylinder engines; an oil meeting this specification can also be used for most other gasoline Ford engines as covered by its applications. It is a standard-ash engine oil with a low High Temperature High Shear (HTHS) viscosity below 2.9 cP, industry tested to deliver dependable performance. It is suitable for modern, high-efficiency gasoline, diesel and hybrid cars from Ford, as well as Japanese and Korean vehicles that specifically call for a SAE 5W-20 viscosity grade and any of the supported specifications. It is not recommended for the Ford KA (from MY 2009), the Ford Focus RS (MY 2004.75), or for older vehicle engines designed to operate with higher viscosity oils. Mobil Super™ 3000 Formula F 5W-20 meets or exceeds the requirements of API SN, Ford WSS-M2C948-B and ACEA C5.
