Bitume Stradale 170/210
Soft paving grade bitumen, also the base for SBS waterproofing membranes
Bitume Stradale 70/100 is a paving grade bitumen produced by Eni. Its high resistance to ageing, its plasticity and its behaviour at low temperatures make it a binder for the bituminous mixes that form the flexible structure of roadways, runways, pavements, race tracks and landing platforms. It is also used industrially, in the preparation of bituminous emulsions, waterproofing membranes, oxidised bitumens, bituminous paints, special lubricants and mastics. Approximate working temperatures: storage 160-170 °C, mixing 160-180 °C, compaction 150-170 °C. The maximum recommended handling and storage temperature is 190 °C.
