Bitume Stradale 20/30
Hard paving grade bitumen for asphalt mixes that must resist deformation
Bitume Stradale 170/210 is a soft paving grade bitumen produced by Eni. Its very high resistance to ageing, its plasticity and its behaviour at low temperatures make it a binder for the bituminous mixes that form the flexible structure of roadways, runways, pavements, race tracks and landing platforms. It also performs well industrially, in mixes for membranes made with SBS technology, and in the formulation of bituminous emulsions, waterproofing membranes, oxidised bitumens, bituminous paints, special lubricants and mastics. Approximate working temperatures: storage 160-170 °C, mixing 160-180 °C, compaction 150-170 °C. The maximum recommended handling and storage temperature is 190 °C.
