eni Rotra MP/S 80W-90 este un lubrifiant special pentru angrenaje, cu caracteristici EP (extremă presiune) și împotriva alunecării cu intermitențe (stick-slip). Este recomandat pentru lubrifierea danturii hipoide a diferențialelor cu lamele și cu alunecare limitată, precum și a frânelor și ambreiajelor imersate în ulei.
Aplicații și utilizări
- Eni Rotra MP/S 80W-90 is a special lubricant for gears with special E.P. (Extreme Pressure) and anti stick-slip characteristics, which makes it suitable for lubrication of the hypoid gears in limited slip differentials and of axles with wet brakes and clutches.
Performanțe și beneficii
- The special E.P. additivation used in this product guarantees the continuity of the lubrication film even when the gears are operated under particularly heavy and dynamic impulse loads with very high and intermittent sliding speeds between the teeth
- The anti-slip additive contained in the product can modify the friction coefficient to prevent vibration phenomena in the clutch mechanism of the limited slip differential and in the oil immersed brakes used in the tractors
- The anti-wear properties and strong greasiness considerably help to reduce the wear of gears and bearings
- The particular oxidation stability avoids oil deterioration in parts operating at high temperature and effectively counteracts the tendency to increase viscosity and sludge formation
- The strong anti-rust properties protect the gears and supports even in the presence of moisture
- The strong anti-foam additivation conferred on the lubricant eliminates the negative consequences that excessive formation of foam would cause with regard to the continuity of the lubricant film
