Mobilgrease FM Series comprises FM 101 (NLGI 1) and FM 222 (NLGI 2), high-performance multi-purpose aluminium complex greases developed specifically for lubricating food processing machinery. Formulated with components meeting FDA Title 21 CFR 178.3570 and NSF H1 registered, they are manufactured in ISO 22000 certified facilities in line with ISO 21469 hygiene principles for controlled production and product integrity. Designed to cope with the extremes of food processing environments — from oven to freezer temperatures, plus frequent exposure to water, steam and cleaning agents — Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 combine excellent water resistance, strong rust inhibition and good thickener shear stability. They are recommended for general rotating equipment, conveyor bearings, centralised lubrication systems (FM 101), anti-friction roller bearings under heavy or shock loading, linkages, slides and joints. Both grades meet DIN 51825 classifications, are Kosher/Parve and Halal certified, and FM 101 also holds Fives Cincinnati P-64/P-72 builder approvals, making the series a global, multi-purpose solution for the food and beverage industry.

Applications
