Eni Ribes SX 220
Fully synthetic food grade EP gear oil
ISO VG 220
Eni Ribes 220 is a food grade, high performance fluid specially developed for lubricating gearboxes and heavily loaded plain and rolling bearings in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Eni Ribes 220 is based on a synthetic base (PAO) and white pharmaceutical oil, fortified with a special combination of antiwear, anticorrosive and EP additives. Eni Ribes 220 is also suitable for lubricating slideways and conveyor belts. It is formulated exclusively with additives listed in FDA group 21 CFR 178.3570 and is free of genetically modified materials, animal derived materials, and the main allergens such as nut oils, soya oils and dairy industry derivatives.
Industrial gear oil CLP — DIN 51517, part 3
Part 3 of the German lubricating oil standard: class CLP, gear oils with extreme-pressure additives. It requires an FZG pass plus corrosion and ageing protection.
Industrial gear lubricant CKD — ISO 12925
Class CKD of ISO 12925-1: a gear oil with the same additive package as CKC but greater thermal stability, for gear units running hot.
Lubricant designation CGLP — DIN 51502
The DIN code for machine tool slideway oils: antiwear additives plus friction modifiers, so the slide moves without stick-slip.
