Airclean Oil is based on a high-quality, narrow-cut base oil developed for use in aluminium plant vapour recovery systems. It contains carefully selected oxidation inhibitors that make it extremely stable against oxidation at high temperatures, ensuring a long service life in continuous scrubber operation. It is recommended for use as scrubber oil in vapour recovery systems at aluminium rolling plants, and is particularly designed to work alongside Somentor rolling oils, whose boiling characteristics allow easy distillation of roll oils without contamination by the scrubber oil. Manufactured to strict quality standards for reliable, prolonged service, its highly refined base and narrow distillation cut allow thorough recovery and recycling of roll oils without cross-contamination. Airclean Oil (ISO VG 32) offers high oxidation stability, long service life, stable operation of the distillation unit, efficient recovery of roll oils, and reduced roll-oil consumption.

Applications
