eni Simblum 26/A is a high-viscosity accelerated quenching oil for normal hot hardening treatments. It has high oxidation resistance and behaves very well against the cracking and distortion caused by thermal stress. Operating temperature range: +130 °C / +200 °C.

Applications

• eni Simblum 2/A is an accelerated quenching oil suitable for cold quick hardening treatments of small parts, screws and bolts. Operating temperature range: +30°C / +80°C. eni Simblum 3 is a quenching oil suitable for cold normal hardening treatments of pieces even of great dimensions. Operating temperature range: +30°C / +90°C. eni Simblum 3/L is a quenching oil suitable for cold normal hardening treatments suitable when washability of the product is required. Operating temperature range: +30°C / +90°C. eni Simblum 3/A is an accelerated quenching oil suitable for cold quick hardening treatments of a wide variety dimensions pieces; particularly suitable for screws and bolts. Operating temperature range: +30°C / +80°C. eni Simblum 5/A is an accelerated quenching oil suitable for semi-hot or even cold quick hardening treatments of a wide variety dimensions pieces. Operating temperature range: +50°C / +130°C. eni Simblum 26/A is an accelerated quenching oil with high viscosity suitable for hot normal hardening treatments. High resistance to oxidation. Outstanding behavior against thermal cracking and excellent deformations containment. Operating temperature range: +130°C / +200°C.
