eni Aster TA/E is formulated specifically for machining alloy steels and non-ferrous metals on machine tools built by Davenport, Gildemeister, Tornos, Index and others, and can also be used for gear cutting on Gleason machines. It is approved for grinding operations on Kapp machines.
Applications
Eni Aster TA/E is a mineral cutting oil free of chlorine. It is recommended for grinding operations even severe (roughing grinding) and for metal cutting machinings of medium severity such as: milling, turning, drilling, threading, on cast iron, medium alloyed steels, stainless steels, aluminum and yellow alloys. Eni Aster TA/E can be used for hobbing gear cutting on high machinability steels.
Performance & benefits
Low tendency to form mist
Corrosion protection of the workpiece and the machine tool
Very low tendency to form foam even in presence of high delivery pressure
