eni Aquamet 700 HP ECO is a multifunctional cutting fluid with excellent technological properties, free of chlorine, boron, secondary amines and bactericide. It delivers excellent performance under medium and severe duty in operations such as turning, milling and drilling, and in severe operations such as threading, deep drilling and thread rolling. It is also suitable for boring with Mapal tools. It can be used on ferrous materials, aluminium and its alloys, titanium and its alloys, in single-machine or centralised plants. It can also be used on yellow metals. A notable characteristic of the product is its low foaming tendency in soft or hard water, even at high working pressures.
Applications
Eni Aquamet 700 HP ECO is a multipurpose cutting fluid with excellent technological features, free from chlorine, boron, secondary amines and bactericides. It guarantees excellent performance in medium-severe and severe operations like turning, milling, boring, threading, deep drilling, tapping and reaming with 'Mapal' tools. Eni Aquamet 700 HP ECO is suitable for operations on all ferrous materials, aluminum, titanium and theirs alloys, yellow metas, both in single and in central plants. The product guarantees low tendency to form foam both in soft and in hard water even under high delivery pressure.
