AGIP ALNUS SSC 616/L is a chlorine-free oil suitable for cold press-forming, deep-drawing and punching of ferrous and stainless steel sheets. It is used neat for operations of middling severity. For less severe operations it may be used temporarily emulsified with water at strengths between 20 and 80% by weight, depending on severity. In case of pressing difficulties, it can be applied neat on one side of the metal sheet and emulsified on the other.
