TUTELA TRANSMISSION STARGEAR FV (PLI code 77247) is a lubricant for synchronised manual transmissions, suited to the gearboxes fitted to Volkswagen Group vehicles. The SAE 75W-90 fluid combines a high viscosity index of 172 with a kinematic viscosity of 14.5 cSt at 100°C, a pour point of -42°C and a flash point above 170°C. Copper corrosion is rated 1A (3 h at 100°C), confirming its compatibility with yellow-metal synchroniser components, and foam is limited to traces. The product meets the API GL-4 specification and the VW 501.50 performance level. Supplied in 1-litre packs; always check the vehicle manufacturer's requirements before use.
