Manufacturer's description
TUTELA TRANSMISSION SPORT ZC COMPETITION (PLI code 77214) is a synthetic-based transmission oil with Extreme Pressure (E.P.) additives, developed for sport competition applications where gearboxes and differentials are exposed to very high temperatures and severe operating conditions. The SAE 80W-140 viscosity grade gives a robust lubricant film under heavy loads: typical values include a kinematic viscosity of 24.5 cSt at 100°C, a viscosity index of 148, a flash point above 190°C and a pour point of -27°C. The product meets the API GL-5 specification, the performance level required for hypoid gears operating under high-load, high-speed and shock-load conditions. It is intended for competition transmissions and final drives where an SAE 80W-140, API GL-5 lubricant is specified; always check the requirements of the specific transmission before use.
