PETRONAS Iona Integra Plus FCA is a SAE 75W-70 premium, fully synthetic, multi-vehicle E-Transmission Fluid, specifically developed for FCA. It delivers optimized performance and component durability for today's E-Transmissions in which the electric motor is mechanically sealed from the gearbox lubricant, and is a high-quality lubricant developed for GKN BEV applications. The fluid enhances vehicle availability while significantly reducing operating costs. Its extremely low viscosity and low friction help reduce operational energy losses, increasing transmission efficiency by up to over 1 % depending on vehicle mission and environmental conditions, which extends the range of the battery pack. Exceptional thermal and oxidation stability under high temperature keeps viscosity stable and prevents deposits and sludge, while its shear-stable formulation maintains a constant film strength. Excellent anti-foam, anti-wear, gear and bearing pitting protection, seal compatibility and robust corrosion protection on yellow metals and steel extend the life of the transmission and the fluid itself. Outstanding performance across a wide temperature range and exceptional low-temperature viscosity ensure improved lubrication at start-up and in cold conditions. PETRONAS Iona Integra Plus FCA is recommended for the Fiat 500e and meets the Fiat 9.55550 Contractual Technical Reference No. F006.A20.
