Divinol Getriebe- Hydrauliköl TO-4 10W
Gear and hydraulic oil for construction machinery, Caterpillar TO-4, Allison C-4, API GL-4
API GL4
Divinol Getriebe- Hydrauliköl TO-4 30 is a high-performance lubricant developed especially for the highest demands of construction machinery. The product guarantees excellent compatibility with gear components and friction linings in applications where other lubricants are unable to cope. Thanks to a specific friction-coefficient characteristic and top anti-wear properties, the formulation delivers higher transmission performance and a longer service life of the clutches. It is suitable for highly loaded gear components of construction machines, for example powershift gears, lateral (final) drives, axle drives and wet brakes, and helps avoid the rattling or chatter of wet brakes. The manufacturer states performance in line with Caterpillar TO-4, Allison C-4, Dana, Eaton, Komatsu Micro Clutch and ZF TE-ML 03C. Divinol Romania additionally lists API GL-4, Caterpillar TO-4M and TO-2, Eaton/Sperry M2905S & I-280S, Komatsu KES 07.868.1 and ZF TE-ML 03C/07D/07F.
Gear oil, API GL-4 service level
API's service designation for axle and manual transmission oils.
Caterpillar TO-4 — transmissions, clutches and wet brakes
Caterpillar's current specification for transmission and wet-brake fluids in off-highway equipment, with strict friction and gear wear requirements.
Caterpillar TO-2 — transmissions and wet brakes (superseded)
Caterpillar's specification for transmission, clutch and wet-brake oils in off-highway equipment. Superseded by TO-4 but still quoted on universal off-highway oils.
Allison C-4 — off-highway automatic transmission fluid
Allison's most widely quoted fluid specification for off-highway and truck automatic transmissions: stable wet-clutch friction, gear protection and seal compatibility.
