Manufacturer's description

Divinol ATF Premium VI LV is a fuel-saving automatic transmission fluid with reduced viscosity (LV = low viscosity applications). Modern additive components combined with high-quality base oils make it possible to formulate thinner automatic transmission oils that meet the requirements of current transmission technology while combining ecological and economic benefits. Its excellent temperature characteristics allow broad use and ensure optimal operating conditions at both high and low temperatures. The synthetic-technology base oils also provide good shifting characteristics, very good ageing and oxidation stability and long oil drain intervals. It is suitable as a transmission oil in the automatic gearboxes of cars, trucks, buses and special vehicles. Divinol ATF Premium VI LV meets Dexron VI, Mercon LV and JASO 1A. The manufacturer states performance in line with MB 236.12/.14/.15, VW G 055 005 / G 055 540 / G 060 162, BMW 83 22 0 142 516 / 83 22 2 152 426 / 83 22 2 289 720 / M-1375.4, Toyota WS, Nissan Matic-S, Mitsubishi SP-IV, Hyundai/Kia SP-IV, Hyundai NWS-9638, Honda DW-1, JWS 3324, Aisin Warner GM-AW-1 and Saab 93 165 147 AW1. Divinol Romania lists further applications including JASO 1-A-LV, Nissan Matic-W, Honda 3.1, Mazda ATF FZ, Jaguar, Land Rover, ZF 6-speed and Volvo part numbers.

Standards & approvals

  • JASO 1-A

JASO 1-A — automatic transmission fluid

The Japanese standard for automatic transmission fluids, the local alternative to the DEXRON and MERCON levels, defined by wet-clutch friction characteristics.

  • JASO 1-A-LV

    JASO 1-A-LV — low-viscosity ATF

The low-viscosity variant of the Japanese ATF standard, for modern automatic transmissions where the thinner fluid cuts fuel consumption.

  • JWS 3324

    JWS 3324 — low-viscosity ATF (Jatco)

The Jatco standard for low-viscosity ATFs used in the newer automatic transmissions of the Japanese makers.
