Divinol Lithogrease G 421 is a high-quality, semi-synthetic lubricating grease based on a lithium complex soap, classified KP 2 P-30 according to DIN 51 825 and ISO-L-XCEHB 2 according to ISO/DIS 6743-9. It is work stable, water resistant, and resistant to corrosion and oxidation, offering very good wear protection and good pressure absorption capacity. The grease is used above all for the lubrication of roller and plain bearings under extreme mechanical and thermal loads, such as wheel hubs and clutch release bearings. Thanks to its synthetic oil content, Divinol Lithogrease G 421 achieves longer service lives than mineral-oil-based greases, so relubrication intervals can be extended and grease consumption reduced. Divinol Lithogrease G 421 complies with the requirements of TL 9150-0075/2 of the German Armed Forces and is approved under NATO code G 421.
Applications
- Divinol Lithogrease G 421 is especially used for the lubrication of mechanically and thermally extreme-loaded roller and slide bearings, e. g. wheel hubs and release bearings of couplings. Due to its content of synthesis oil Divinol Lithogrease G 421 offers longer service lives compared to mineral oil based greases. Thus, the additional lubrication intervals can be prolonged which in consequence reduces the consumption of grease.
