Divinol Lithogrease 00 is a high-grade, semi-synthetic lubricating grease based on a lithium complex soap, classified GP 00 N-30 according to DIN 51 826 and ISO-L-XCDHB 00 according to ISO/DIS 6743-9. It is work stable, water resistant, and resistant to corrosion and oxidation, with excellent wear protection, a high pressure absorption capacity and good pumpability. It is designed for gears subject to high mechanical and thermal loads, for example in circular saws and angle grinders. It is also very well suited to the roller lubrication of linear guides on machine tools, fed by lubrication systems such as Vogel or Baier+Köppel (Bekamax); corresponding approvals, including from leading machine-tool manufacturers, are available. The grease provides continuous, uniform lubrication and a high sealing effect in the guides, so coolant emulsions are not contaminated with slide-way oil. A further field of application is the lubrication of tool guides on car-body stamping presses, such as those built by Schuler, Müller-Weingarten or Erfurt.
Applications
- Divinol Lithogrease 00 is suitable for the lubrication of gears with a high mechanical and thermal load, e.g. circular saws, angle grinders etc. Furthermore, Divinol Lithogrease 00 can also be very well used for the roll lubrication of linear guides of machine tools used e.g. by lubrication systems of Vogel or Baier+Köppel (Bekamax). Corresponding approvals, also of leading machine-tool producers, are available. Divinol Lithogrease 00 guarantees continuous uniform lubrication and shows high sealing effect in the guides. Emulsions will not be charged with slide-way oil.
