Mobil DTE 20 Ultra Series oils are high-performance, anti-wear hydraulic oils with extended oil-life capabilities, demonstrated to deliver up to twice the oil-drain intervals versus similar competitive oils (with a viscosity index around 100 and a zinc-based anti-wear system meeting at least ISO 11158 L-HM and/or DIN 51524-2 HLP requirements). They meet the stringent demands of hydraulic systems using high-pressure, high-output pumps, close-clearance servo-valves and numerically controlled (NC) machine tools, exhibiting outstanding oxidation and thermal stability that supports long oil life and minimized deposit formation under harsh conditions. Available across ISO VG 10, 22, 32, 46, 68 and 100 grades (Mobil DTE 21/22/24/25/26/27 Ultra), the series offers outstanding keep-clean performance that protects tight-tolerance servo and proportional valves, enhanced anti-wear performance meeting major pump manufacturer requirements, enhanced corrosion protection across a wide variety of component metallurgy, and controlled demulsibility that protects systems from small and large quantities of water while extending filter life. These products are recommended for hydraulic systems prone to deposit build-up, systems requiring high load-carrying capability, systems where trace water is unavoidable, and systems containing gears and bearings. The series carries approvals and recommendations from Bosch Rexroth, Denison (HF-0/HF-1/HF-2), Eaton E-FDGN-TB002-E, Arburg and FRAMO hydraulic systems, and Fives Cincinnati P-68/P-69/P-70, and meets DIN 51524-2:2017-06, ISO 11158 L-HM and ASTM D6158 (Class HMHP) requirements.
