ISO VG 68
PETRONAS IDRAULICAR HVI 68 is a premium high viscosity index hydraulic oil, having outstanding thermal stability and filterability. It is designed for use in both high- and low-pressure hydraulic systems for industrial and mobile applications, where an ISO VG 68 fluid with stable viscosity across a wide temperature range is required. With a typical viscosity of 69.7 mm²/s at 40 °C, a viscosity index of 145, a pour point of -42 °C and a flash point of 234 °C, the oil offers excellent cold-flow behaviour together with a strong lubricating film at high working temperatures. PETRONAS IDRAULICAR HVI 68 meets the DIN 51524 Part III HVLP specification and the Parker Denison HF-0, HF-1, HF-2 and Fives Cincinnati P-68/P-69/P-70 performance levels. Parker Denison HF-0 — hydraulic fluid, most severe level
The most severe level of the Denison hydraulic fluid specification: the oil must pass the wear test on both a vane pump and a piston pump, dry and in the presence of water. HF-0 subsumes HF-1 and HF-2.
