Divinol ICL ISO 100
Zinc-free EP gear oil for heavily loaded industrial spur, bevel and worm gears
Divinol ICL ISO 100 fulfils the following requirements
Divinol ICL ISO 46 (Art-Nr. 27450) is a zinc-free industrial high-pressure gear oil in ISO VG 46 from Zeller+Gmelin. It contains phosphorus- and sulphur-based EP/AW additives that give the oil a high load-carrying capacity and effectively reduce friction and wear in heavily loaded gear teeth. The product is intended for highly loaded industrial gearboxes with circulating lubrication as well as splash-lubricated gears with spur, bevel and worm wheels. It combines excellent ageing and temperature stability with excellent demulsifying properties, good corrosion protection and foam regulators that limit foam formation — properties that support long oil service life and reliable operation of industrial drives. Divinol ICL ISO 46 fulfils the requirements for gear oils according to DIN 51 517 part 3, CLP, and ISO 12925-1 CKC and CKD, as well as AISE 224, AGMA 9005-E02 and David Brown S1.53.101 (E).
Industrial gear lubricant - CKC — ISO 12925
The international standard for enclosed gear drive lubricants; class CKC is the mineral oil with antioxidant, anticorrosion and antiwear additives, for moderate duty.
Industrial gear lubricant CKD — ISO 12925
Class CKD of ISO 12925-1: a gear oil with the same additive package as CKC but greater thermal stability, for gear units running hot.
