Manufacturer's description
Divinol HVI is a high-pressure hydraulic oil on a mineral oil basis, available in ISO viscosity grades 15, 32, 46 and 68. It stands out for its especially favourable viscosity-temperature characteristics and multigrade character, combined with optimum wear, corrosion and oxidation protection. It exceeds the requirements of DIN 51 524 part 2 (HLP) and fulfils DIN 51 524 part 3 (HVLP). The oil is used in highly loaded hydraulic units that operate in varying climatic conditions, such as construction machinery and stationary outdoor installations like scrap baling presses, lock gates and loading facilities. Even with large temperature swings and when starting hydraulics at sub-zero temperatures, Divinol HVI delivers excellent operating uniformity of the machines. Divinol HVI meets the international specifications SEB 181 222, AFNOR NF-E 48603, ASLE 70-1, 70-2 and 70-3, David Brown S1.53.101, VDMA 24318, U.S. Steel 126/127, CETOP RP91H, Vickers I-286-S3 and M-2950-S, and Denison Hydraulics HF-2.
Applications
- Divinol HVI ISO 68 is used in highly charged hydraulic aggregates which operate in different climatic conditions. Such as construction machinery as well as all stationary outdoor installations, e.g. scrap baling presses, lock gates, loading facilities etc. Even at high variations in temperature and when starting hydraulics at minus-temperature ranges Divinol HVI ISO 68 has best results concerning the operating uniformity of the machines.
