Divinol Schalwachs HFP (Art-Nr. 04410) is a liquid, solvent-based formwork release wax that is sprayable and, according to its typical characteristics, has a density of about 810 kg/m³ at 15°C and a flash point (Abel-Pensky) of around 62°C. The product is mainly used for wooden and plastic-coated formworks as well as for steel formworks with tongued-and-grooved rough boards, especially for the initial treatment of wooden formwork. It is rain-resistant, and using it produces clean and even surfaces. Divinol Schalwachs HFP can be applied with common spraying systems, with a typical consumption of about 40-60 g/m² depending on the structure depth. Before use, the product must be mixed thoroughly.
