Divinol Plast High Liquid (Art-Nr. 20650) is a universal, solvent-free release agent for precast concrete factories. It has a neutral odour, causes no discolouration of the concrete surface, is free of waxes, paraffins and silicones, and its economical consumption makes it particularly cost-effective. The product is also insensitive to over-dosage. It is used mainly on plastic surfaces, polyurethane-based form liners, polystyrene and GRP, as well as on steel formwork, non-absorbent or slightly absorbent formwork, wooden formwork with planed or rough surfaces and plastic-faced formwork. Divinol Plast High Liquid avoids direct contact between the formwork and the concrete surface, enabling problem-free demoulding: damage to the concrete surface is prevented, post-processing is avoided, the life of the formwork is prolonged and overall economy is increased. Use on heated formwork is possible. The product is applied as delivered by spraying, brushing or rolling, and when used as intended it does not affect subsequent treatments such as plaster, tiles, wallpaper or paint. It is not frost-sensitive and can be used in all weather, but must not be used together with galvanised materials or zinc. No specification or approval codes are listed in the technical data sheet.

Applications

• The product can be used in concrete factories, mainly for plastic surfaces, form liners (polyurethane basis), polystyrene, GfK, as well as for steel formworks, non or slightly absorbent formworks and wooden formworks with planed or rough surfaces and plastic facing formworks. The product is insensitive against over-dosage. The use of Divinol Plast High Liquid avoids direct contact of the formworks with the concrete surface and therefore enables a problem-free separation. Thus damages to the concrete surface are prevented and postprocessing avoided. The life-time of the formworks is prolonged and the general economy increased. Divinol Plast High Liquid can be applied as delivered by spraying, brushing and rolling. When used as intended, Divinol Plast High Liquid has no negative influence on the subsequent treatments of the concrete surfaces (plaster, tiles, wallpaper, colour). Use on heated formworks is possible.
