Divinol Mischerschutz DW (Art-Nr. 30080) is a synthetic-based mixer protection with dewatering characteristics. It is designed for concrete mixer trucks, concrete pumps, concrete mixing facilities (compulsory mixers), construction vehicles and similar equipment, and is well suited to factories producing precast concrete components and cast concrete stones. The product effectively prevents the adhesion of concrete and mortar residues on steel, metal and painted surfaces. It creeps under the mixed concrete and forms a highly effective separating film between the mixer and the concrete, and it can separate dry concrete mixtures as well. Divinol Mischerschutz DW can be used at temperatures up to +80 °C. Provided the processing instructions are followed, the setting of the concrete is neither prevented nor delayed. It should be applied daily, before start-up or after cleaning the machine, as a fine film using a spray gun, compressor, hand sprayer or brush; over-dosage must be avoided.
